Plastering
10My hallway/kitchen/dining room were all open plan and I wanted to have a wall built to separate the hallway and add walls for a downstairs toilet. Dave & his team completed all work very efficiently and to a high standard. I couldn’t believe how quickly they went up and look fantastic. The plastering was extremely smooth and looked excellent when done, I decorated myself and this made a huge difference in the preparation time. Thanks Guys!

10Verified ReviewDave & his team are excellent. Previous work on my new house had been completed to a poor standard, structural walls were removed and building control not informed. Dave recommended an engineer who was able to outline the remediation work required. Dave completed all work, increasing the size of padstones, filling significant gaps between the RSJ and joists and walls and repacking with suitable materials. Dave engaged directly with the engineer and building control when required to ensure the dangerous historical work was rectified to a high standard. Work complete on time & in line with quote

10Verified ReviewFantastic work from Dave and his team. The job was to take out an old ground floor shower and toilet, strip the room top to bottom, and create separate ground floor bathroom and cloak / boot room. The project was completed on time and to budget, including replacement of some rotten joists (as a result of long term water leakage from the shower). Dave and his team checked in with us daily and weekly, proposing alternatives to keep the project on track. Decoration (painting and wallpaper) was excellent and fixtures, fittings and electrics were fitted with care, attention and to code. Great work!

They were superb to work with: on time every day, finishing later when required, constant check ins to confirm requirements and schedules. Dave helped us source quality fixtures and fittings at good prices (tiles, worktops, cupboards, UPVC window) and installed them to a high standard in parallel with electric works and underfloor heating. Excellent work meeting our and local development standards.
