• Bathroom replacement

  Rob's work is excellent, true attention to detail and clearly explains each step. From the initial site visit to finalising design to installing the bathroom, his estimate of costs and timings were spot on. We are very grateful to Rob for his advice on designing a modern bathroom that we feel adds value to our house. He kept the house tidy throughout the work which was much appreciated given we had the bathroom gutted back to the studs. The ceiling was insulated, boarded, lights and extractor fan fitted. New walls and floor before tiling and fitting of the new suite. 10/10 would recommend!

• Fit 13 new radiators

  Rob and his able assistant Paul carried out the fitting of 13 new radiators and were on time every day and stayed as long as the job required. Rob skills and diligence were second to none from planning to completion. The work was carried out efficiently and on time and the heating system thoroughly checked. Nothing was too much trouble. Can’t thank them and recommend them highly enough. More projects in the ( pipeline)

• Possible boiler service

  Rang to book in a boiler service. Was asked to send photos of my boiler and cylinder. Did that the same day. Heard nothing back so texted 2 days later to ask if photos had been received. Waited another 2 days, heard nothing so booked a different company who responded to my message the same day and booked my service, which has now been done, I did eventually receive a text from Full Gas a week later apologising and saying they've been off and still hadn't looked at the photos. They could have at least taken a minute to reply to my text to let me know the situation instead of leaving me hanging

• Leaking taps

  The young man was courteous, professional and dealt with our leaky taps by replacing the tap valves and we no longer have leaky taps. He also worked in a clean and efficient manner and I would recommend him highly.
