  Contacted Gareth to ask him to investigate a leak in the utility room. Arrived at the time he said and located the source. Sent through videos and photos whilst on the roof keeping us informed then continued to resolved the problem. Couldn’t fault the workmanship and communication - thank you Gareth, we will have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends.

  After a large leak appeared in our extension we asked Gareth to have a look. He identified several issues with the roof which had been caused by a poor installation job. We were worried that the entire roof would need to be replaced but, thankfully, Gareth was able to spot-repair all of the issues and solve the leak problems. Gareth was very friendly and professional and we will definitely be using his services again in future.

  An absolute pleasure to deal with! Any kind of house maintenance nowadays is something of a nightmare - finding someone, getting a quote and finally (hopefully) getting the work done. Often a drawn out, frustrating process - little or no communication, sky high quote, no-shows and so on. Not so with Gareth - he promptly responds to enquiries, turns up when he says he's going to, provides a detailed and accurate quote, is knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, cleans and tidies up. Someone with a great work ethic and treats his customers fairly and with respect. An all round good egg!

• Brilliant installation of rubber roof

  Look no further for a first class service! From the minute we chose this company we were kept I formed of the cost with everything itemised. Gareth advised us of how the new roof would be installed and the time needed as we also had the valleys repaired plus some extra work. Gareth and Tom arrived promptly every day and worked through scorching temperatures also keeping us updated on the work. When the job was finished everything was left clean and tidy. Gareth also sent us pictures of the ongoing and completed roof. Very happy with the new roof and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
