  I booked a home call with GS roofs by telephone on Fri 6th october for them to come out on Tuesday 10th October. They weren’t able to confirm the time of the visit on the Friday, but said they would be in touch on Tuesday. I have waited in all day and made 6 attempts to contact them by phone, none of which were answered. I left messages and no one got back to me. Very disappointing especially as this was an urgent job as we have a hole in our roof which I explained when I booked the appointment.
