Extremely responsive and efficient.  Went out same day as requested, and issue resolved at call out.  Was also kept updated throughout process.

No hot water call out

Have used the plumber for few years for small jobs,was expensive but work was good.Few months ago called to fit new boiler and been very disappointed with the work and overall attitude.The job was not completed as agreed,system was not working well, cosmetic side not done.While we were in discussion he was abrupt and asked for extra pay to fix the rest.  Recently found out that the boiler warranty document was not posted and as a result boiler lost 3 yrs warranty.  It looks this was deliberately done because of the disagreement we had.Very unprofessional attitude and very disappointing!

New Boiler Instalation

As always a first class job done.  Glyn West provides an excellent service.  I highly recommend him.

Replaced radiator.

Called Glyn out on a Saturday, saying we had not hot water or Heating.  Within the hour he arrived and worked out the issue, managed to get the part and fix that day.  Very impressed.

Boiler broken, blown PCB

Short notice replacement of a boiler.  Fitted the work in at short notice and completed it in a day minimising disruptions to my tenants.
