    A blocked land drain across the rear of our property was causing flooding in the cellar and very close to our house. Anthony Quin was brilliant in his assessment of the problem bringing in support to make sure the flooding risk was contained whilst investigating the problem. The blockage was located in a 200 metre length of land drain(not easy) and sorted before the flooding caused a big problem in the house. And all it cost was a regular supply of coffees and some bacon sandwiches! Thanks Anthony
