  • Reducing shrubs, hedge and tree

    Job was to cut back seriously overgrown leylandii and pyracantha, reduce a privet hedge and prune a tall pear tree. Even after the site visit to assess the job, I was apprehensive about how easy it would be. Access to our back garden is not straightforward. It involved the co-operation of neighbours. The two-man team was excellent, carrying out the work as requested with the minimum of inconvenience to everyone, and leaving the area tidier than it was before they started. Top marks!

    Marc and his team completely transformed the rear of our property into a stunning paver brick edged riven sandstone patio with two types of drains and garden beds including realigning the Thames Water manhole to enable the recessed cover to be set level with the surrounding slabs. Additionally they paved our front garden in a herringbone pattern which needed to follow a gradient. They were excellent to deal with and provided a first class service with their attention to detail and thoroughness evident in the quality of the finished product. Would happily use their services again.

    I employed Garden Care to undertake the landscaping of my garden in Kingston. From the first email through to completion, they were extremely courteous and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. The on-site team were excellent and had all the skills necessary. Always polite and cleaned up after themselves. I’m really happy with the finished result.

    I had previously used Garden Care for replacement of paving in my back garden so had no hesitation in going just to them for work in the front. There were helpful suggestions at the design stage for a new porch layout and path and ability to solve problems (eg with large manholes). The team, doing all the preparations and the paving works were polite, efficient and skilled, as were the tarmac and resin layers. I am delighted with the finishhed job.

Established in 1967 We are a family run landscaping, Tree Surgery and Gardening business.

Whether it’s a small path or a complete redesign and implementation you require, we are the right company for you. We have four teams of Landscapers. We only employ, pleasant skilled craftsmen, who not only construct your project to your requirements and our high standards, but who are also nice, helpful and approachable. 

Each team is only given one project at a time and apart from bad weather should be at your garden or site every day until it is finished. We do not believe in pressurising our staff with short time scales, so they are free to ensure that your garden receives the time required. It is our main priority to ensure that your project is completed and finished correctly.

We offer the most comprehensive service available, with the back up of our own Gardeners & Tree Surgeons, who can offer maintenance past our initial works. We also have a fully staffed and equipped Garden & landscape supplies Centre, who supply our landscapers when we need the materials, rather than stock piling items on clients' property.
