1Verified ReviewCharlie Brenland came for the job with advance money £250. First day, he came for 8 mins and tried to look into the issue. After requesting many times, he came back after few days and said there might be leak so he tried to glue the pipes for unseen leaks. The low pressure problem came back next day again. He promised to come back and check but never came back. I have all the proof in what’s app messages. Earlier I chose him to see his reviews which finally put me in deep troubles. Called check a trade customer care and they suggested to put review first and they will start investigations.

My name is Charlie Brenland, I started working in the gas/plumbing trade with a successful company called npower.
During my 14 years at Npower I managed to work my way up to the rank of Senior Technician. I also featured on the channel 4 show undercover boss. I was actually given the top prize which was a super bike from the owner of the company.
