  Jake was very professional throughout. He provided an accurate estimate, he gave prompt service as I had no working boiler, and he did an excellent job. He is a very trustworthy, skilled and pleasant man. I now have a working boiler with no problems afterwards. I will be asking him to service it as well.

  I dont usually leave reviews but having gone round the houses to get help after having a new boiler installed, I was really pleasantly surprised when Jake took my call and gave me advice on my heating system, and I mean really good advice on how to solve the issue without the usual deep intake of breath! His advise was first class and the heating is up and running. If I need an Engineer this will be my first stop in future as a good tradesman is hard to find especially one willing to give free diagnositc advice over the phone that actually worked!

  Having had a back boiler in the family home for the best part of 40 years we simply couldn't get the parts to keep the thing working any longer. We needed to make a switch to a Combi boiler and the person I asked to help us to decommission the the old back boiler and install a new combi in a brand new location was Jake. I couldn't have made a better choice. Was on time at 8am each morning ready to go and the work went quickly and smoothly. He was making sure everything was tidy as we went and has a genuine want to make sure the work he produces was of great quality. Would highly recommend!
