  Gary and his team were hardworking and efficient. Throughout the process Gary’s communication with us was fantastic and he helped us through what was completely new to us. The build is excellent quality and we love our new home which GDS have built for us. • Loft conversion and side extension

  Gary and his team did an excellent job……the loft conversion gave us two additional bedrooms with two bathrooms and a study upstairs. we made the decision to live in the property throughout the entire period and despite bad weather with scaffolding up and no roof we survived. We could not have done that without Gary and his team who were courteous and respectful. The entire project was 6-8 months to complete and included the kitchen installation which was not on the original quote but Gary was willing to undertake at a reasonable price whilst the build progressed. We now have a wow factor home.

• BALCONY REBUILT + NEW CONSERVATORY - WOW

  Re-arrection of Balcony. Including slabs. Railings, Brickwork and guttering. Built Conservatory. Plastered. Electrics. Spot-lights. External Lights. Fuse Box, Tiled Flooring made water tight. Extremely, pleased with the work from start to finish. Very professional. All trades used and very polite always tidied behind themselves. Will 100% recommend and use again. Cannot rate highly enough. Completed what was required at a very high standard finish

  Gary and his team did a brilliant job for us at an honest price. Really pleased we went with them for the project. We had a side return extension built to open up ground floor into lounge diner and dormer loft extension added. Reliable core team who worked hard and kept to time and were polite and corteous to neighbours. Gary was always available for conversations to keep the build on track and was adaptable where architect drawings didn't quite work. Particularly pleased with quality of carpentry. Kept to time over a four month build and despite some bad weather. Would definitely recommend.

• Wall removal and patio door installation

  GDS building and maintenance Ltd removed walls as part of reconfiguring internal layout of our bungalow. They also created an opening in order for us to have a patio door into a courtyard area. Their work was of an exceptional quality all around. The workmen arrived on time each day and worked hard to complete the work to a high standard. Communication was excellent and all areas were left clean and tidy throughout the invasive works. I would highly recommend them for any building jobs, big or small
