    We needed a loft hatch and ladder to replace the existing . The kit had already been delivered and had to be fitted. This also entailed widening the existing entry , therefore replacing coving ,making good , plastering and painting the ceiling. Sean faced a few challenges in fitting , but was skillfully able to overcome them. His work was first class and we are very pleased with the end result. Sean is very courteous and communicated well the difficulties he was facing . Would recommend Sean and we will definitely be using his services again.
