• Loft conversion and major overhaul of bungalow

  The building work was carried out to an extremely high standard. Our bungalow was virtually completely rebuilt internally with a loft conversion, new downstairs bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen. The work was excellent, of a very high standard and the builders were all extremely friendly and approachable. I would recommend the company to anybody.

  As a club, we had to keep the member facilities operating for as much as possible during the works, notably the toilets. They were very considerate and flexible and helped us minimise the disruption to members. They kept us very well informed of progress and forward planning. All work was done to a high standard (as judged by members who are structural engineers and architects). We can fully recommend them.

  Over the past 2 years Steve has worked on and off on completely refurbishing our house both inside and outside including moving internal walls, replastering, fitting kitchen and bathrooms, exterior fences and walls, a new driveway and pretty much everything except a complete rebuild. We are really happy with all the work that has been done. It all remained within budget, was on time and to a very high standard. Steve and his team are highly trustworthy and we would definitely use them again for any other work that we need doing. He has transformed our house.

  I chose this builder through personal recommendation and am most glad I did so. I worked with them over several months in advance to get the details of what was to be done right and then he and they pulled out all the stops to keep within budget and complete the work on time (to minimise the time I had to be out of the house and in storage). They are straightforward and polite, always kept me in-the-loop and cleared up as they went. Excellent workmanship, solution-focused, creative, ongoing communication and friendly cheerful workers. I highly recommend.
