  The team completed the Bathroom to a very high standard, removing old tiles, ceiling and floors before installing new tiles and sanitary ware. The finish is first class and we are very happy with their timescales and work manner. Very helpful and accommodating.

• Bathroom reconfiguration and install

  This was our second major job using Simon and the team. We had 2 old bathrooms ripped out, walls moved, rooms reconfigured and new bathrooms installed and an under stairs cloakroom replaced and knocked through to a cupboard to add a shower. All work was carried out on time, to plan and on budget with useful ideas and guidance along the way and great communication. As with the previous work carried out by Gibson Building Services, all the trades involved were great and everything has been finished to a high standard. We’re really happy for the second time!

• Extension and Updating

  Gibson’s building team are hardworking, punctual, informative, approachable and can’t fault their communication which is essential when getting works completed. The quality of their work is fantastic and I would recommend their services to anyone. I have used Gibsons on a number of occasions for various work and currently use them to date. They have transformed our house both inside and out.

• Roof / loft conversion

  This is our third project using Simon’s team, we needed someone reliable as removing a roof from a building is a major decision. Whilst undertaking the work Simon also helped us deal with significant rot found in the roof itself which now leaves us with peace of mind for the entire roof. Workmanship and quality comes as standard with Gibson Building Services and most importantly they arrive on time every day. We have phase 2 adaptions to come so we will hopefully be using Simon again in the near future

• External repairs and renovations to house.

  From June to September 2023, Simon and his team undertook a lot of work directly on our period property including removal of render on side and rear of house, new rendering, painting whole house, repair and painting original window frames, replacing drainpipes, gutters, fascias and soffits. He also sourced and project managed other contractors including scaffolding, roofing, plumbing, electrical work and new windows and doors. All work was finished to a very high standard and we are delighted with the results.

• Impact Noise Ceiling Insulation

  Over the last 4 Weeks Simon and his team have been putting up Impact Noise Ceiling Insulation in all the rooms of my flat.They have been working efficiently every day,turned up on time and left the flat tidy when they left in the evening. They also did a few small extra jobs for free. I definitely recommend Simon and his team for any building work
