    For years, we had a driveway made from multiple different materials (concrete, tiles and slate chippings), so a new driveway was long overdue. We saw Gilbert Driveways complete a driveway very local to us, I decided to go with them and I am so glad I did. Trevor and Liam were professional, super friendly and very informative with what they were doing on the day. My family and I are very happy with our new driveway and we can't wait to park more than 1 car on it! I highly recommend this business to anyone.

    Having had some work done by Gilbert Driveways last year and was very impressed with their work, I called them again to lay a patio for me and once again I was extremely happy with the standard of work. Trevor and Liam work seamlessly together and produce some very pleasing results. I particularly liked their attention to detail and work ethic. I shall definitely call them again should the occasion arise.

    Excavated the old concrete drive and the old slab patio, laid a new concrete drive finished with black tarmac and red brick edging, laid a new concrete patio finished with riven Regency slabs. Excellent work by any metric you care to consider, on time and on budget. Thoroughly recommend.

    Gilbert driveways are an extremely professional, thorough and competent company who take a pride in what they do. Trevor was extremely helpful in giving advice on what type of block paving to use and informative about drainage , soakaways, how the blocks were going to be laid. Trevor and Liam are reliable, turn up when they say they are going to and keep you informed at every stage. Their workmanship is so good that I asked them to pave the back of the house. I did not imagine how pleased I would be with the end result. I am thrilled with my new drive, was worth every penny !

    We had one of the worst driveways, if not the worse in our road. Broken, uneven, ugly concrete, absolutely awful. Now, we have the best driveway in the road - no question. Trevor and Liam did a fantastic job, excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend.

When you view my photos, please take time to scroll through all the photos to appreciate the effort we take in constructing a substantial concrete base that will not subside in a few months. When I visit you on site, I will produce a book of photos of work completed, and also a list of driveways completed, some on my list are 16 odd years of age!!!

Please note my father, John Gilbert, has been in the driveway business for the past 50 years, has now retired from Gilbert Driveways, having giving me his wealth of experience!  I personally have 34 years worth of experience.
Please note you will receive Trevor Gilbert"s  full attention at all times, from quotation to construction. We do not contract any work to other contractors, Trevor is on site 99% of the time.
