10Verified ReviewThis is a Company who looks after the customer….So rare these days. Richard came to survey and was totally in charge giving me confidence straight away. Took trouble to look at other flats and survey positioning. Suggested a new suitable position for new boiler as had to move from a seduct. I was so worried about pipes but my new boiler is positioned so that hardly any pipes seen and the ones which are I rather like. Mark and Ben have done a really brilliant job which has exceeded my expectations. Thank you all so much for the help, advice and brilliant workmanship.

2.25Verified ReviewThe first engineer Glowarm sent spilt rusty fluid all over my hall, staining the carpet and the boiler persistently returned an F28 error. After weeks of intermittent central heating and hot water the company sent out an engineer to fix the issue. Who replaced the condensate pipe, which reduced the frequency of the error but it still occurs a few times per week. When I informed Barry Lundie of this he told me it is a problem with the waste outlet the condensate pipe drains into and I would need to call a plumber to fix it, which I have done and have been informed it is more likely a PCB error.
