  We were extremely pleased with the whole project which took around 8 weeks to complete. Most of the work was done by one individual and the quality of his work was exceptional. He was also extremely friendly, as were all of the other members of the team who were involved from time to time. Overall a very professional job.

• Simply the best decoration and general maintenance services

  Fabulouse service. Decorated the whole flat and did an excellent job throughout. Were exceptionally courteous during the time they were on site and went over and above to ensure our timeframe was met. This is the 4rd project that Colin and the team have done for us, they previously did some external wood repairs and decorating, project managed a new WC installation, including plastering, decorating, plumbing etc., and internal wall decoration too. We fully recommend them and will be using Goodwin and Tucker's services again in the near future.

• Extensive redecoration

  Over several months, in stages according to my timetable, they carried out extensive decoration to my house, prior to my putting it on the market. The biggest job was the hallway and landings to all 3 storeys, but they also decorated various other rooms and the outside of the house, including complete reconstruction of the wooden balustrade to my balcony. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them on my next property!

• Board out loft, fit Velux, replace bathroom.

  The loft was cleared of much detritus, and then boarded out. A large velux window was fitted which was not that easy, as it had to be hoisted up the scaffolding, as it was too large to go through the trap door. There had been a leak under the bathroom floor for a long time, requiring a lot of work to repair and rebuild. Once repaired, it was then re-plumbed, before fitting a new shower and tiling etc. It now looks brilliant, as does the loft. Much thanks to Justin, Steve, Elliot in particular for their hard work and skills.

  Top class work from a top class firm of builders! The (Edwardian) house has been transformed from rather shabby, to the best looking one in the street. Andy spent 2 weeks working on it, right through the hottest day in UK history. A man who takes great care and pride in his work, and we are immensely grateful for his skill and dedication. Colin then did the firewalls, as well as organizing the work inside the house. What stands out for me, is not just that the work is very high standard, but that it is reasonably priced and everyone working with Goodwin and Tucker are really nice people.
