7.5Verified ReviewSTOP! Gos heating preston seemingly dont care about customers once they have got your money.When I reported boiler failure 3 years into a supposedly 5 years. I was told it only had a 2 year manufacturers warranty. Said I would have to pay call out fees and £35 plus parts thereafter.I emailed orerations manager and well over a week later he had not contacted me.I emailed gos again and 3 days later still no contact. We are both 80 in age and have no heating or hot water,so I must now pay someone to come out and fix said boiler.Poor Show and avoid at all cost!!!

4.25Verified ReviewTerrible customer service, arrogant, cocky and rude. Also hidden charges that they dont make you aware of i.E £55 call out charges as standard! However dont ever dispute this with them as they are a family run buisness and will talk to you like dirt as no one will be reprimanded for it. Avoid, pleny more places out there.

We've grown a bit since then into a multi-million pound business but we take pride in still trading as a family company, installing and maintaining heating and plumbing in homes and businesses throughout Lancashire and the UK.
Whether we're fitting new plumbing at St. Guy's Hospital or replacing your boiler at home, the family values that lie at the heart of our business, and our success, are ever-present: commitment, trust and caring for our customers.
The technology behind plumbing and heating has developed greatly over the decades and GOS has invested heavily to ensure we remain at the cutting-edge and deliver quality.
All our engineers are fully trained and vetted. We're ISO 9001 accredited, Gas Safe registered and members of CHAS and Construction Line.
Alan's son Peter, who now runs the company, is an acknowledged expert who is often called in as a consultant to help individuals and companies resolve difficult heating and plumbing problems.
Peter has been joined in the business by his wife, brother, son and five other family members, making it three generations of Jacksons devoted to getting the job right, first time.2018 sees 50 years of happy customers and job satisfaction.
As we continue to grow, we will always ensure that GOS is big enough to cope, but not too big to care.
