• Large extension to the rear of property

  I would like to thank GRL Building Services for the excellent service and professional approach to all aspects of their work :) I had a large extension built to the rear of the property and also all internal works were carried out to an amazingly high standard. The price was super competitive and all works were completed on time. All the lads were very friendly and approachable and seemed happy in their work too. They were all very tidy too, which is rare in builders. I would highly recommend GRL for all building works required and will definitely be using them in the future

• Large extension and overall renovation

  Guy and his team did a great job with our large project. Despite having to book the works a long time in advance, he was true to his word and started when agreed. Guy's estimation of duration was also accurate considering the scope and the extent which took roughly 5 months. We were able to live in the house whilst the work was being done and the communication was always timely and clear. A trusted foreman was always present on site, managing and planning other trades. We are very happy with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Guy and his team.

• Downstairs extension and loft conversion

  Having looked at reviews and previous work we went with Guy. Unfortunately this was a huge mistake. 2 weeks before our work was supposed to start we emailed to see if any prep was needed, an email back saying he wasn't starting as his carpenter needed an operation (couldn't be helped) we then waited 6months for our project to start. Many disagreements with our architect and our downstairs was completed. Again had to wait for loft works, 1week before we emailed and the reply was 'i'm not doing lofts anymore' please don't be fooled by him! STAY CLEAR if you want building work signed off quickly!

  We Used Guy and his team to build our extension. The quote that he provided was very competitive and covered all aspects of the work required. From day one his team were very friendly and polite and they kept us informed of what they would be doing each day. The site was kept clean and tidy at all times, all work was completed on time and to a high standard and on budget. They were happy to answer any questions we had and provide advice where necessary. All other trades brought in by Guy were also very good. Guy and his team are highly recommended for any building work.

• Two Storey extension to front of house

  We had Guy and his team build our new rooms at the front of the house and can honestly say the skill, courtesy and professionalism was first class from day 1. From the estimate to the final day on the job we've been so impressed. Attention to detail and checking in on our thoughts where options existed has made the work trouble free. As we lived in the property while the work was carried out the team always ensured they worked on this basis and kept noise and inconvenience down to a minimum. Can 100% recommend them for any building work you have.
