• Bathroom re-fitting

  We had work done by B&Q which turned out to be a living nightmare so needed to find someone to rectify their attempt at a bathroom installation. Fred and the team more than delivered on expectations, with a full bathroom re-fit, reusing as many of the fittings as were salvageable and ensuring the plumbing work was done properly before fitting everything back in. Team were knowledgeable and friendly, with the attention to detail you'd expect from professionals who know what they are doing. Won't hesitate to recommend and are going to be using again for another bathroom and other works

• Complete Kitchen Refurbishment

  The team completed a complete kitchen installation which also included removing load bearing walls, installing new windows and doors and full redecoration and flooring too. From start to finish the team were knowledgeable, professional and reliable. They communicated well throughout the whole project and offered advice. They worked with building control to ensure the project met the requirements and provided me with all the relevant documents at the end of the job. The job was completed to a high standard and I am very happy with the service the team provided and I would highly recommend.

Communication was excellent throughout the project and everyone involved was helpful and pleasant to work with. • Kitchen renovation

  Grosvenor Builders have just completed the third room renovation for me. I cannot praise the team enough. Fred’s advice and ‘can do’ attitude is honest and reassuring. The first was a garage conversion, second a completely new bathroom and today finalised kitchen refurbishment. Daniel and James are always punctual, helpful, efficient and hardworking. Their attention to detail and willingness to adapt is exceptional. Nothing is too much effort and the standard of work is 100%. Thank you Fred, Daniel and James - you turned what could be a major disruption into a very easy experience.

• Create downstairs cloakroom/shower and refurbishment upstairs bathroom into shower wet room

  We chose Grosvenor because the building and plumbing work would all be done by them, we liked Fred’s proposal for our difficult upstairs bathroom, and that he pointed out the need for Building Control for the downstairs work. We are extremely impressed by the skills of Daniel and James. Plumbing, brick laying, plastering, tiling, flooring, carpentry, painting and electrical work are all perfect. They worked carefully, were punctual and reliable and so pleasant to deal with. They were interactive with suggestions for design improvements as the work progressed. We are delighted with the result.

• Rear Kitchen Extension

  Fred and the team at Grosvenor Builders have just completed a rear extension for us. We are so pleased with the quality of work and the job finished on time and in budget. Previously we have used Grosvenor Builders to complete our loft conversion; followed by a bathroom conversion. We have the utmost trust in Fred, Dan and Jamie. Their professionalism, quality of work and communication are outstanding. Their Communication is excellent both ahead of the works at pre-planning stage, during the work and at the snagging.
