He answered his phone or rang back promptly even out of hours and was always polite and helpful. Having a very limited time slot meant my anxiety levels were quite high. I needn't have worried, Graham rang the day before the job and on the day of the job to say he would be there at the agreed time. I'd give him a better score if I could: there are very few tradesmen out there with his empathy, professionalism and communication skills. THANKS

Came round to give me a quote on Tuesday, which I was happy with. Collected everything on Thursday, a prompt service within 5 days, what more one can expect. Graham is a very nice person to do business with.
