  HBM had to rectify previous work by a plumber not fit for purpose, HBM came around and diagnosed issue. The work was basically a new boiler installation so was alot of work. Hass was very knowledgable, prompt, professional, very personable and polite. Work ethic was 10/10. All work carried out was explained to me so I could understand. They went above and beyond with me, even came over to a few days later to ensure I was happy with work and checked again to ensure I was completely happy Would 100% recommend to anyone, they have restored my faith in tradespeople

  I had a boiler installation previously complete by a plumber not fit to serve the public, my boiler was not working which was very frustrating. HBM plumbing services had to rectify his previous work and was basically a new boiler installation job. HBM were professional, prompt, explained all the works taking place. They even came after work was complete a few days later to check in on me to ensure I was happy and that everything was working. HBM plumbing have now restored my faith in trades people and I would always recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Hass and Co!

• Fixing an overflowing toilet

  Absolutely fantastic, they offered a same day consultation (which I had to decline as I couldn't make it). He showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem (and discovered another issue at the same time). He tried to solve the issue without incurring extra costs, but when this turned out not to be sufficient he confirmed the extra costs with me before buying the replacement parts. The issue was resolved within a few hours. He gave some very good advice, he is clearly very knowledgeable. He was kind and respectful. All in all a very pleasant experience.

  I have been extremely glad to find this firm. My daughter was very pleased with a job they did for her and recommended them. I have used them twice now. Each time, my initial call was answered quickly, and an engineer visit arranged. Maria liaised effectively with tenants and also kept me, as landlord, informed. I have confidence in this firm’s professionalism and reliability. Their pricing is fair and their communication exceptional.

• Repaired CombiBoiler and found the root cause.

  HMB engineer tried to understand, explain and find out why my CombiBoiler was not working correctly. After the investigation explained what was wrong, the appliance worked again, and I took the extra step to follow up on the problem. The work was carried out professionally, and the engineer was super friendly. I am unsure about the prices, but what I paid is worth the service. I am an happy customer which keep continue having a warm house.
