    A leaking roof gulley was admitting water to our upstairs ceiling. HCF responded within 24 hours of my contacting them and found space between downpours over the next few days to strip back tiles, replace rotted batons and renew tiles in the gulley. They also replaced damaged adjacent brickwork and repointed.
