  We found George a pleasure to work with. Very courteous and always on time, had all the work completed within the time stipulated and always very tidy with minimum fuss Always cleaned up afterwards too and would not hesitate to recommend him

  George did an amazing job at sorting out the cisterns on both our upstairs and downstairs toilets. A lot more work was unexpectedly needing to be done than first thought, but George worked through this to ensure we were not left without a toilet. The additional work that George did was to a very high standard and he did everything in his will and power to see that we were satisfied with the end result.

  Had a bathroom refurb and was very happy with the finished product and workmanship. George was a very polite, well mannered and had great knowledge of the work he was going to complete. From originally meeting, to quoting to booking the job in, all went very smoothly. Would be happy for George and his team to do more work for us in the future.

  George wants to do a good job, but nearly everything his team have done, l've had to get redone, from painting a bathroom to having a roof redone, as the roofer did such a bad job, they caused flooding in the loft which made part of the ceiling collapse. George wants to ensure work is done to a good standard and offers to redo work but for the amount the work cost, l would have thought l could have trusted George that it would've been done properly the first time. I didn't see any point in having the work redone by the same people. I definitely would not recommend HOC Home Improvements.

  George got me to install some new downlights and replace a faulty extractor fan for a bathroom refurb he was carrying out. Was kept in the loop with regards to timings, worked within the time frame required and saw the finished product was impressed with the work. Highly recommended.
