    From the moment I picked up the phone to contact someone about the blockage to the work completed the service was exceptional. Kelly knew what work I would need doing with my frantic explanation and calmly and professionally advised she would contact me back with an update. 10 minutes later I was told I could have an engineer in as little as 2 hours. The engineer arrived promptly. Professional, friendly service carried out with honest and transparent future care advice. Was able to easily Apple Pay an hour later for service following my invoice. No hidden fees. Cost was as advised. Very happy.
