    I found Sean to be genial, helpful, considerate and most importantly, an expert in his trade. He has vast experience and it showed in the finish.     From our initial discussion, through to final completion Sean was brilliant. We wanted our entire ground floor levelled with latex, primed and painted with a DPM and then herringbone floor throughout - will all skirts and trims replaced. Sean was professional and certainly knows his stuff, offering good suggestions and ideas. The finished work is amazing and has helped to transform our living space. He was always on time, great in communication and very clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend him!!

Harpers Wood Floor Specialist is an independent wood flooring installation company, established in 1995. With over 28 years experience, initially installing floors for IKEA Croydon and their customers and later extending into supplying & installing quality wood and laminate floors direct to the customer. We are also a recommended installation company for Flooring Supplies - The biggest supplier of wood and laminate floors.

The services we offer to our customers

Sub-floor preparation to include moisture content of the substrate & relative humidity of the area to be installed. If you floor requires levelling we can do that too with ply & or latex. We can also take up & dispose of your existing floor coverings.

We install solid, engineered, laminate & LVT wood flooring with the specialist knowledge each requires. 

Installation of skirting, door thresholds, scotia, trimming doors to fit, cutting out door architraves and fitting radiator pipe covers is all in the finishing touches that make your floor extra special!

Every job is different, and we can offer the best solutions for your property.

Our pricing is extremely competitive and the service we offer you is professional, friendly and reliable, advising you of the best products to suit your personal requirements. This allows you piece of mind knowing we will provide you with accurate measurements of the floor and a more in-depth survey of the sub floor including relative humidity of the area to be installed and the moisture content of your sub floor. This guarantees you the proper foundations for a professional installation. We will advise on the best flooring materials and accessories for your budget.
