    The company gave us a quote which I thought was very reasonable. The work was well planned from erection of scaffolding, delivery of materials through to clean up afterwards. The staff were very courteous at all times. I would thoroughly recommend Hartburn Roofing.

    Glenn was good at quoting and booking the job and while the work was going on he did visit site ...but then we had 2 issues - while the slates were off, the roof was not waterproofed and of course it rained and leaked in to our bedroom ceiling leaving a wet patch and stain - also the scaffolders managed to smash a trellis surround that covered up a wastepipe on the side of the building - After we paid IN FULL -Glenn assured us that he would get a joiner and a decorator to put everything right - 8 months later and now Glenn will not even answer my calls - NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...

    Glenn and his team were very good, they were timely, polite, tidy and very thorough. We were given a time frame and they completed as scheduled despite the recent heavy rains. We had requested a number of quotes prior to awarding the work to Hartburn Roofing, their quote was very competitive and the reviews they had received prompted me to choose them. I was not disappointed and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who needs roofing work.
