Very prompt with timekeeping and communication throughout the whole process from initial contact to invoicing and afterwards. After completion of the work I, as newbie homeowner, naturally had a few questions relating to the work on the boiler in the days afterwards which the engineer fielded without hesitation and with a sense of care and professionalism.
