10Verified ReviewOur fitter, Nathan, arrived early, politely introduced himself with a handshake, and asked if we were happy for him to start work immediately. All day he was respectful, neat, efficient, very tidy with top quality workmanship. He was keen to disrupt our day as little as possible, shutting off the water supply for the absolute minimum time. He fully explained the physical differences between the new and old installation (extra pipes and filter) discussing every option. He explained the controls, left our home clean and tidy and my wife and me very very happy. A shining example to his trade.

He also gave us an accurate quote which included VAT, so we had no unpleasant surprises. Adrian, the engineer, was brilliant. He arrived early and worked very hard to install my tank which he did after single-handedly removing my 50 year old tank and tank cage. When he finished, everything was pristine and perfect. He was also polite and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend Heating Homes. Thank you very much.

5.5Verified ReviewDavid advised on the system needed and explained thoroughly how it would work. The team arrived and the installation seemed to go smoothly although it was installed before the property was watertight which I have now been informed is a big no no. I am still waiting for a commissioning certificate and the after service has been a dreadful experience. The system has never worked properly and despite many emails and phone calls Heating Homes have shown no interest in trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately despite the positive initial impression I would not recommend this company for UFH.
