    The dishwasher is old and the engineer told me that replacements for the defective parts are no longer available so it cannot be fixed

    The lovely man, Stuart, who came to repair my machine, very quickly diagnosed the problem. It needed a new part, but as the machine was very old we didn't think it was worth repairing. So I decided I would purchase a new one! I chose a Hotpoint that was in stock back at the workshop. And by 11.00 o’clock the next morning it was up and running! I have never had such quick and efficient service! I’m very impressed! And thoroughly recommend Hedge End Domestics.

    Stu was the fitter, arrived on time, dismantled old one and fitted replacement, checked for any leaks, removed all debris and checked appliance was working, as this was a built in appliance fitted door to front. Stu was very thorough polite and a credit to the company.

    Stu was great, very helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem with dishwasher and estimated cost of fixing it versus the purchase and fitting of a new appliance. We went with buying a new dishwasher which he went and picked up and fitted the same day.
