    The cleaners were excellent. They were efficient and polite and the job was always done to a high standard. The Agency however were disorganised, unhelpful and added no value to the service at all, despite the fact they charge an Agency Fee. I had to hassle them every week to organise a new clean and if I had not contacted them and been proactive we would not have had a cleaner at all!

    I am very sad to lose my cleaning service with Helpful Hands after 12 years I am moving away. I don't expect I will find another cleaning service like it. The cleaning ladies I have had over the years have always been fantastic and Phill and Barbora have always given me excellent service. Thank you and I only wish I could take you all with me!
