Arrived in good time. I've no reason to think the boiler service was done badly because all my dealings with Heywood have been excellent. He stayed for around 10 minutes giving very useful advice, very impressed.

He also gave me invaluable advice about why my new underfloor heating (not installed by Heywood Heating) was not working
