    Had my patio repointed last year. A few weeks later gaps appeared and eventually these were repaired. This spring more gaps appeared and when I called all I got were excuses not to come and do the repairs.

    Acro drain covers had no end sections put on either end. Drain gully was cemented with only one hole for water to drain from. The new soak away which was put in at the front of the drive to stop flooding has made no difference at all!
