Repositioned number of slipped tiles on side and rear of roof, sealed small hole in flashing around chimney stack and also sealed section of corregated roof on workshop at bottom of the garden.

First of all what was surprising (and refreshing) was that John answered my call on Bank Holiday Saturday and was able to fit me in the following Wednesday (today), took all the relevant details on that first call, gave me a time frame he would arrive, was polite and professional. John arrived the earlier part of the time frame given and also called me 15 minutes before hand to let me know he was on the way. Initially I only wanted one tile to be repositioned but there were others that needed doing that were pointed out but at NO point was I pressured into getting them done or given the usual "ooohh you want those doing mate, once you get heavy rain the whole lot could come through"!!! I decided to get them done and we agreed on a price accordingly. John and his colleague were polite, professional and courteous and as the roof is quite old I am sure will need future repairs so he will he will certainly be my first port of call!!!!!!!
