  Steve and his team completed a large hip-to-gable loft conversion project for us – two bedrooms, bathroom, utility, boiler room and storage – in early 2023. We were very satisfied with the quality of service and the final build. Steve supported us through the planning and commissioning stage and took great care over managing the build, balancing quality with budgetary constraints. Steve’s team arrived promptly each morning, were courteous and professional. We would be happy to recommend Homeworks for well-managed and cost-effective building projects, large or small.

  Work completed over winter months into spring, really lucky with the weather as it didn't hinder progress. Steve managed the project excellently, resolving issues as the arose, discussed issues and options, and advised at every part of the process. The work teams were excellent, very punctual, and very friendly. Very satisfied with the end result.

  The work was interrupted during the first Covid lockdown in March 2020 which obviously was beyond Homeworks' control. We spoke regularly on the phone to arrange and agree when work could recommence. It was a pleasure working with Steve (Project Manager), he was always upbeat, positive and well-organised. He has a really great team of carpenters, electricians, plasterers, plumbers, roofers, etc. And there was always a great atmosphere on the job, everybody friendly and conscientious.

• Property Refurbishment - Decorating, Plumbing, Drainage and Electrical

  Steve and his team have been working on our property refurbishment for around 2 months and have completed all the works we’ve agreed up front and more. So far the work has included decoration, electrical, structural repair works, new water cylinder, lock replacement, radiator installation, shower repair, loft ladder and boarding and external drainage works. The standard and service has been absolutely excellent and we look forward to moving into Phase 2 of our works including new kitchen and toilet installation as well continued decorating and electrical work.
