  I am very happy with the bathroom renovation done by Calin of I.C. Construct. The work involved removal of bath tub and all units and fitting it with shower unit with sliding door and covering the wall with PVC sheets. Calin did the complete job very professionally, looking into every minute details. He came regularly and completed the work in given time. He kept the place clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. Calin is polite and easy to talk to and would recommend him for the work.

• Building a conservatory

  Calin and the team built a conservatory. I bought it second hand. Most the builders made excuses and did not have a clue on how to make it waterproof. Calin came around and gave his opinion. The conservatory is up and no issues. Left the place tidy. You pay the price for the quality of the work. I would recommend him to anyone. If you want to keep calling builders back, choose cheap and easy option. I learned it the hard way few years back. Calin has made me realize.

• Incorrect plumbing installation

  I had external pipework, left by previous dodgy builders when we built our extension. I asked Calin to come and relocate the pipe, involving drilling a hole in the exterior of the house to allow for a new pipe to be installed and the waste water to drain outside. Calin seemed professional, and offered to complete the work sooner. He charged £1000 (insisting on cash) to remove the old pipe and install new pipe work. New waste pipe drains upwards! Hole drilled in the house is too high and needs to be re-drilled down. Calin's colleague has now suggested making the hole bigger as a resolution!
