    We recentely bought a house in East London, and in the pack was the FENSA guarantee for the windows from Ian Foster, installed in about 2002. They are still in excellent condition. So when we modernised the kitchen and had to alter the windows we went back to the same firm: they were very responsive to our requests, provided a reasonable quote promptly, worked cooperatively with our builder to schedule the works and completed the work to a very high standard, on time and with no fuss. Highly recommended .

    We found Ian and his team professional and friendly throughout the process of getting our new front door. The attention to detail was great and we really welcomed the in person survey where we were able to discuss the design and see samples of glass. The lead time was really efficient compared favourably with other options we initially looked into. All in all, would highly recommend.

    The whole team at Ian Foster and Sons were excellent from start to finish. We had 4 sash windows replaced over 2 days in keeping with the conservation area and our existing decor. The house feels warmer already and we're pleased with the extra security they provide. I would highly recommend this company.

    We had a wooden casement window replaced and are extremely happy with all aspects of the job. Very professional from start to finish. The guy fitting the window was a lovely friendly guy. The work was done quickly and with an excellent finish. I would 100% recommend I Foster and Sons to friends, family and neighbours. Also the window was made in UK not abroad, which help decide to go with I Foster

Our team of carpenter joiners are highly skilled in the hand craft manufacture and installation of all types of bespoke timber wood windows and doors.

Established in 1987 I Foster & Sons is a family run business located in Romford Essex on the borders of London and Essex.

With over 30 years of trading, I Foster & Sons has built a reputation for outstanding products and customer service and we are proud to confirm that the majority of our installations are returning customers or recommendations via our existing clientele.

We welcome customers to our workshop to view our products in manufacture and to our small showroom where you can enjoy viewing our finished products.
