No hot water emergency fix
10Verified ReviewThey came out the next day after requesting an emergency hot water repair. Gentleman was very friendly and got us back to and running. He discovered issues that will need attention to get the boiler properly working again but he has managed to get us full hot water until we can get the parts replaced. Exactly what we wanted!

3Verified ReviewThe lady on the phone said a man will be with us between 3-4, the plumber finally turned up at 6pm. I phoned the office 3 times and each time she told me the person I needed to speak to was on the phone to another customer… when the plumber left (who was very nice but clearly in a rush) he told us the company would email me the next day to arrange a fitting, I never received an email. I then called the company and the lady on the phone once again told me the man I needed to speak to was on the phone to another customer. Never called me back. Will not use this company ever again.
