  Since accepting Ian's quote to complete the work, he has kept me up to date with timescales, what would be required and also explaining my different options. He arrived on time and despite some horrendous weather, completed everything on time and cleaned up after. During the work, when Ian found other issues such as rotten wood and panels containing white asbestos, he again explained everything allowing me to choose the best option. He bagged up and sealed the asbestos panels so I can take them to the tip at no expense. Always polite and professional and highly recommended.

  Ian came out when he said he would to quote the job rang me the next day with a price having read very positive reviews I decided to have Ian who was reasuringley busy with other work waiting was not an issue for me 4 weeks later Ian did the agreed work even sending me photos of what needed doing before and after nice touch. Very professional really pleasant bloke to deal with.Will keep his number as my go to roofer and have no hesitation in recomending him to anyone

  Ian did a great job on our chimneys, repointing, rectifying incorrect leadwork, fitting cowls and fixing up the ridge tiles that were loose. He identified some further issues while he was up on the roof and was able to sort them at the same time. Excellent communication all round and arrived when he said he would. Highly recommended and will call on his services again if required.
