    We needed a new roof at the very least on an old conservatory. Dennis and team came up with ideas to radically improve the whole thing. The two guys started on Monday and by the end of the week all done, even working through horrible rain! No mess, everthying tidied up, all the old conservatory taken away. And the finished result is great, really well built. Meets all our expectations and more

    The positives - lads who did the job were friendly and efficient. 2 hours work, cleared up afterwards and job looks fine. The negatives - When they quoted for the job they said when I paid the deposit (over 50% of the total) they would book in a date. One month after paying the deposit I had heard nothing, so phoned them to be told they would be in touch shortly. Another 3 weeks later still nothing so chased them again and date was booked. Then just 1 hour after job done the office were phoning me to chase up final payment. Shame not the same urgency to get the job arranged without my calls.
