    Claire was a great help in the design of my living room. The positioning of furniture along with measurements, fabric and colour advice enabled me to finally take next steps and make purchases. Prior to the consultation I was overwhelmed with decisions to make, despite having an idea in my head of what I wanted. It was very reassuring to have a professional like Claire give her expert advice so I could be confident in purchases. I’m very happy with how the room is progressing.

    Claire from Inspirational Interiors has masterfully revamped our family area, "the snug," transforming it into a vibrant, family favorite room. She brought in a vibrant mix of color and light, opening up the area in a way that encourages both socialising and play. Yet, the same space can be easily transformed into a cozy haven, perfect for reading or relaxing. We're beyond pleased with the results and would highly recommend Claire's services.

I had prepared a list of questions for Claire and she provided very valuable advice on such things as layout, flooring, colours, sequencing of work.   • Entrance hall work

    Having used Inspirational Interiors to transform the upstairs of our house last summer (2023) we couldn’t wait to get Claire and her team back to give our entrance hall a complete makeover and we are thrilled once again with the results! The entrance hall is the first room people see when visiting and we have loved showing off the space and room created for us. Claire and her team have been excellent as always, highly professional, friendly and always very tidy and we very much look forward to using Inspirational Interiors again in the future!

  • Replacement kitchen and utility room

    Claire designed and project managed the complete replacement of my kitchen and utility room from floor to ceiling and everything in between. At the design stage she presented a number of different options and was happy to adapt them to fit precisely what I wanted. During the project management stage she worked well with the builder, kept me informed about what was going to be happening and made sure that any issues that came up were fixed as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the results and would happily use her again.

    Claire was professional and courteous from the outset. We used Claire for both the design and project management of our kitchen renovation and would definitely use her again. Claire completely understood what we were trying to achieve and gave us some ideas that we hadn't thought of. Claire kept us informed throughout the project and worked really well with our builder. Welcome to Inspirational Interiors.


I am Claire, the founder of Inspirational Interiors, offering a full design and project management service. I’ have been working in the interior design industry for over 30 years, and you can find me in Banstead, Surrey, in my newly remodeled home, where I live with my daughter Daisy and our dog Tod.  


I know time can be precious and balancing an interior design project whilst juggling work and family life is not easy. This being the case, why not leave it down to me to create the space of your dreams?


I have a positive, approachable, and refreshing energy when working with clients and the designs I create. My projects often include spatial design and all the finishing touches with a strong emphasis on colour, balance, and symmetry, to not only create a great space but to reflect the lifestyle you want


I have a passion for all things home and I work co-operatively to make enlivened, high-specification and practical design spaces. My bespoke service includes an initial consultation where we would discuss your project in some detail, from this I would provide you with a fee proposal to undertake the design work.


Design packages range from a 90 minute home consultation, to a full design scheme including floor plans, mood boards and samples of all materials.


Should you wish to commission me to project manage the works then I will provide a scope of works and oversee the project to completion.


Working with me you are guaranteed my full commitment and involvement from day 1 to the final reveal.
