    Out of all the trades people I contacted, they were the only company that replied with a full quote within 24hrs.. They were punctual clean and tidy and the work was of very high standard. Besides fitting a new shower they tiled the walls and laid a new floor.

    Martin removed a wall to make our downstairs open plan, and fitted a new kitchen in the space created. He was fantastic from start to finish being punctual every day, informative throughout and the work completed to a high standard well-within the agreed time frame. I highly recommend Integral Property and would definitely have them back for any future projects.

    I would recommend Martin from Integral Property to anyone looking to have a new bathroom or kitchen. He explained every part of the process when replacing our existing bathroom and there were no additional costs once the quote was produced. He left the house clean and tidy each evening. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with in a pragmatic fashion. The end product looks fantastic and we will hopefully have him back to do the kitchen.

Integral Property Ltd (est 2004) was born out of a need for good, reliable, trustworthy and multi skilled tradesmen in Kent. Over the years we have been able to offer a much wider range of services now specialise in complete bathroom and kitchen refurbishment projects.
