  We’ve used Julian’s services several times now, and each time Julian explained everything to us (what needed doing and why), provided a detailed quote, had exceptional time keeping, and all of the work was completed to a high standard. Julian and team are 100% honest and work hard. All work spaces are throughly cleaned afterwards. We highly recommend Julian and if we needed more work done, we would use him again without hesitation.

  After my builders were unable to comply with building control regulations following a loft conversion, I was lucky to find Julian through Facebook. Within minutes of speaking it was abundantly clear that not only was Julian an expert in building regulations but he was also an expert roofer, carpenter, joiner, and just about everything else… Julian even challenged several details on the building inspectors report all of which were accepted. Julian had far greater knowledge than both building control and the builders combined. I highly recommend Julian, he’s truly one in a million.

• Flat roof clearing and re sealing

  We had leak from our sky light window in our flatroof. Julian came out to us very quickly and took the time to explain what needed doing and what the issue was. We had a sedum roof that needed clearing first before Julian could reseal the roof. His team worked for 3 hours non stop in torrential rain to clear the roof off. Unfortunately due to continuous heavy rain we had to wait until the roof was completely dry before Julian and his team could return to reseal the roof,but Julians communication throughout was absolutely fantastic, extremely reliable, honest and professional. Highly recommend!
