  Wanting to ‘buy local’ I contacted this Company 3 weeks ago for a new Conservatory door , windows to follow. I was met with reluctance having offered a 09.30 appointment on 2 days per week. The person said she would have to ‘leave it because she was having problems on her house sale and purchase’ ! (That stops a half hour appt 10 mins away?) As 09.30 was clearly too early, I offered 4.30 pm on 3 days a week. An appt was made 2 weeks later for Thu 02/05/24 . Cancelled last minute by voicemail for a ‘dental emergency’. Do not bother with this Company - not interested in doing Business.

  Sally and Paul have been amazing from the start. The whole service from start to finish was fantastic. The value for money for the windows was brilliant and they look amazing throughout the house. It's made a massive difference to our house, not just in how it looks but also the increase in warmth throughout the house. Sally and Paul, went above and beyond to help us out and I would highly recommend them. I really liked and appreciated how they communicated so well with us, the quality of the windows and fit, the cost of the windows and the whole service. Thank you so much.

  From start to finish a pleasure to deal with. Efficient measuring prompt delivery and and installation when specified and no mess. The pleasure of looking through clear glass after so long with misted panes is immeasurable. Very reasonable prices too. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who asks

  From requesting a quote through to installation of the windows, JK Home Improvements have been nothing short than outstanding. Initially I wanted to replace our windows like for like but after discussions with Sally, we went with the sash windows and we are absolutely delighted. Sally was able to update and show us the newer more modern looking windows and instead of the dated mottled bathroom windows, we opted for the obscure satin look, they suit the house perfectly. The gentlemen who completed the works were thorough and very courteous. I highly recommend JK Home Improvements.
