I liked that I received a detailed quote as an attachment via email and not a lazy text. The main reason I selected John to do my work was he made me feel comfortable. Even more so, I had compete trust that I could leave John in my house and my children and I went on holiday and come back to the works also finished as per schedule, and my home being spotless. I am over the moon with the works and would highly recommend John.
