  Throughout the process Joe has been fantastic. Our project originally started out as a renovation but quickly took several twists in its direction to then become a new build. Joe has patiently supported us through this process, his experience and ability to adapt has been essential, he is a joy to work with and has a care for how the end product should look, be structurally sound. His attention to details, understanding of plans and the build process are all excellent.

  The work has been carried out to a very high standard and in budget. There were a couple of additional requests not in the original plans that were carried out at a fair price and without issue. Overall we are very happy with the work undertaken and would highly recommend to others and would definably use again.

  I am very happy with Joe's work. Always thinking about the best solution for us with any unforeseen issues that arose during the project. He did his best to keep the house tidy and dust to a minimum. Joe is now my go to builder for all projects going forwards.
