  Rang them at their Hexham number Friday 16th Feb the chap advised they would attend on Monday 19th Feb before 10am. Never turned up so rang them they advised they would ring me back in 20 mins to arrange new appointment the next day which was difficult for me. However phoneback never happened.

  I had storm damages so I contacted jsvroofing after being let down by other companies, the team at jsv fitted,supplied a high quality dry ridge system on my house to a perfect standard, the team are a bunch of friendly lads that left it cleaner than before they started

  After being let down over a period of 5 months by a roofing firm, I phoned JSV Roofing Dumfries. Although very busy, John and his team arrived and fitted a new, lead valley gutter, renewed the roof ridging, and repointed the chimney, all within a day's work. Excellent workmanship, tidied up afterwards, and great craic! We would recommend them to anyone!

• Replacement of ridge tiles with dry ridge system

  A very quick response from John through Checkatrade and an early site visit to scope the work. The right solution was identified and the work was carried out on the agreed day. Once the ridge tiles had been removed it was obvious that an earlier 'repair' by someone else (many years ago) had led to some damaged roof tiles that also needed replacing. The tiles were quickly sourced locally and fitted along with the new ridge tiles. At the end of the day another crew arrived to clear all of the waste and leave the site tidy. Very satisfied with the work.
