• Leaking lavatory bowl and lost overflow pipe from bath.

  Billy turned up right on time and quickly assessed the works. After removing the lavatory bowl, he politely excused himself to get some parts he needed and returned in about 20 mins. The leaking bowl was quickly fixed and siliconed back in place and then the bath panel removed and a new overflow pipe installed complete with new rotary actuated plug. Start to finish the job took approximately 2 hours, everything was tidy and any debris from the works cleared up and removed. I have no hesitation in recommending the lads should you require a professional plumber to attend your property.

  Easy to deal with, turned up when stated, checked out the issues, quoted quickly and were able to get the parts and get the job done in a very timely manner. Billy was clear and explained things throughly. He was flexible in coping with me dealing with the needs of the kids regarding water usage before turning off the supply. He checked and demonstrated everything was working correctly before he left. Would use this company again in the future.

  We use Jake on a regular basis. He is friendly an efficient and always tidy. He replaced a tap for us but has replaced a boiler and radiator in the past. He is responsive and will try to get to you same day. Would highly recommend!

• Late Night Call - no hot water

  I made an emergency call at 8pm after moving into a property with no hot water and the landlord not answering. Within 10 minutes he had worked out what was wrong and I now have hot water!! Thank you from a tired new mum who can now have a bath.

  Jake is super responsive and pragmatic and has a real desire to solve a problem, no matter how tricky or complex it might be. Having failed to get other plumbers willing to help us with a drainage issue we've had for several years, Jake was more than willing to step in and sort it out. From initially contacting him to him solving the problem took less than a week. He truly is first class both with respect to his responsiveness, courtesy, professionalism and can do attitude not to mention prepared to check that his work has been done thoroughly. Would not hesitate to recommend!
