10Verified ReviewJake removed an old, broken mixer tap from my kitchen sink and replaced it with a new one that I'd bought. His comms were great. He was able to tell me over the phone roughly how long the job should take and what it would cost, and this turned out to be accurate. He kept me informed of his likely arrival time on the day. Jake was friendly, courteous and considerate on-site, and in addition to completing the work well and without fuss he took the time to point out another potential issue that might need to be addressed in the future. I would definitely use him again in future.

He was friendly, polite, but extremely thorough in performing the checks and making sure he could get to the whole system. I undertake all plumbing maintenance from replacing tap washers to fully fitted heating systems Since being self-employed I have made many contacts, from yearly servicing to gaining a small number of home refurbishments I hope in the future to be of service to you; no matter how big or small the job may be!
