Julian provided me with an extensive list of things that may need to be looked into, and when I bought the house I asked him to the work. He is very tenacious. If there s fault he will find and fix it. I hope that he continues trading for a long time as I will use his services for the rest of my life. He is coming back this week—it’s an old house and there is a lot to do. It’s a great thing when you find someone so reliable and nice, knowledgeable and hardworking. Highly recommend.
