Where to find the hidden serial number, sent pictures to make sure the grill needed replacing, then he ordered the correct part on the Friday and fitted on the Monday, arrived at the time he said he would. Advised on our old washing machine at the same time (time to buy a new one). Experience, meets service, stress free. Thank you.

As the product was still under the manufacturers warranty he advised that I should not engage him to attand else the warranty may be invalidated. Decent chap. I have kept his details for the future.
